We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Shipments are sent via USPS mail from Austin, TX. Orders placed Monday through Friday by 4:00 PM PST (excluding holiday) are shipped same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). A shipment confirmation will be sent to you (with a tracking number, if applicable).

For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information.

Return Policy

We accept returns on unworn goods within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit or exchange only. We are currently a small business and as we grow we hope to revisit this policy with more flexibility. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags and packaging intact. Sales are final after 14 days of receipt of your order.


How to process a return

Returns should be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Ship using any method of your choice, at your expense. We require a trackable service as LUNAMARI is not responsible for lost returns. Please make sure to include your order number or original packing slip in your return. Email for the return address. We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 3 business days for a store credit code. A notification email will be sent after the return is processed. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded or included in store credit off original order.
